The Kickin' Dance Zone School Philosophy
All children should have the opportunity to work together whatever their ability to develop their confidence, co-ordination, rhythm, creativity, alignment and motivation.

Fitness, creativity, self esteem.
The health of children is now nation-wide concern. Fit active kids grow up to be active adults. K.I.D.Z. helps to develop a love for being active.
Parents can accidentally put off a child from doing activities by expecting a lot from them and unconsciously make negative statements, such as:
Look what I can do, why can' you?
Gosh I am fat!
We can't eat that, otherwise we'll get fat!
You are so clumsy, you always are
I have two left feet, you must be like me!

It's easy to start at the KIDZ Dance School
If you love dancing, and you want to have fun the KIDZ School is the place for you to be. Who can join? Anyone of any ability can join. It doesn't matter if you don't have any prior experience, or if you are a trained dancer, gymnast, actor, singer, everyone is welcome!
Anyone of any age can join. We currently have classes for all age groups ranging from 4yrs to 17yrs.
What do they wear?
What they want! T-shirts and leggings or flares, track suit bottoms are all ideal. We like the legs to be covered as they will roll around on the floor. T-shirts keep them cool and help the body conscious.
On their feet - trainers or jazz shoes.
