Here are the details of the Pilates classes I hold in Kew They are based at the superb Richmond Gymnastics Hall on Mortlake Rd on the corner of Townmead Rd between the two cemetaries. Classes run Mondays and Tuesdays at 10pm - 11pm and cost Ł5. You need to book a minimum of 4 classes. Call me on 020 8878 3051 with any questions or if you want to try a trial class.
		My Pilates History I have been involved with Pilates training throughout my fitness career of 22 years. It formed the basis of my very first video, Legs Bums'n'Tums which was the UK's top selling fitness video in the early 90's. When I was a committee member of the National Governing Body for Fitness in England, I led the group reponsible for ratifying the standards for the various Pilates training companies. I also ran the UK's first Pilates Conventions as a part of my FitCamp events from 1997.
