	Welcome to my personal web site. On this site you'll find all the details about the KIDZ Dance School, the Pilates classes I run in Kew, my Fusion Fitness studio in Barnes and assorted facts and articles about health, fitness and dance.
What's this site for? My main business is FitCamps which has it's own web site at www.fitcamps.com but I also run a dance school and Pilates classes in Kew, so I have set up this site for information about these activities.
Latest News I am now running classes at the new Earthworks Studio at Kew Bridge. Next time you see me ask me for free trial class voucher. fit'n'fun 2005 will be held at Butlins in Bognor Regis in Jnauary. This is Britain's biggest fitness event. Details at www.fitcamps.com I am also now running family fit'n'fun events in the summer at the world's leading sports resort, Club La Santa on Lanzarote every July/August.
